Job summary

The Center for Human Development, Springfield, MA, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead direct care staff in a residential program for adolescent males. You will ensure policy compliance, supervise shifts, conduct intakes, complete reports, and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities include staff development, hiring assistance, DBT coaching, supervision of vocational classes, safety oversight, and medication administration. Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience required.

Description

The Program Supervisor provides leadership for direct care staff in a treatment program for adolescent males. The Direct Care/ Program Staff Supervisor ensures that all policies and procedures are complied with by staff and residents, conducts intake interviews and completes intake paperwork, prepares shift reports and other reports as necessary, provides direct supervision for staff, and ensures adequate staff shifts coverage. In addition, the Direct Care/Program Staff Supervisor will ensure the implementation of recreational activities, conduct group work with residents, monitor the Behavior Management System, and serve as liaison for all external contact during shift.

The Program Supervisor will provide supervision for day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. The Direct Care/Program Supervisor will be directly supervised by the Assistant Program Director. Responsibilities include:

Requirements

Pay rate is $25-$27/hour based on experience.
