Job summary

EP!C in Peoria, IL, seeks a Supervisor of Direct Support Staff to guide daily and weekly programming and coordinate direct care services for individuals in Community Day Services. The role provides leadership, training, and coaching, completes required assessments and documentation, and helps oversee day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in human services with supervisory experience; preference given to those with IDD experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services and two years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is essential.
  • One year of experience with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Education/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services and two year’s supervisory experience preferred, but related experience will be considered
