Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Program Support Specialist for the Assembly Solutions Group in Santa Clara, CA. You will manage medium to high profile projects, coordinating with sales, engineering, and vendors to keep schedules, scope, and documentation aligned.

The role requires 3+ years in project management or related fields, ISO-quality process experience, and a PMP certification in progress or obtained. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Quality control/process ownership experience (ISO preferred).
• Willingness to obtain/has PMP certification in progress.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to high profile/complex projects including schedule and scope management.
• Organize project documentation such as OMS, drawings, test reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance.
• Identify ways to deliver projects on time and within budget; pursue process improvements.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and QA for documentation and records.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, orders, claims, and returns.
