Resource Innovations in San Diego is hiring a Program Specialist for Communications and Employer Engagement to lead the development and execution of the program's outreach strategy. You will secure employer partnerships, recruit participants, and coordinate marketing, events, and communications as part of a collaborative team.

This full-time role through October 2027 involves trade shows, email campaigns, content creation, website updates, and social media coordination.

Qualifications

5+ years in marketing or customer-facing roles in energy efficiency or trades.
Strong writing and editing of marketing collateral with attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM, event management tools, and content creation.

Responsibilities

Perform direct outreach to employers and participants to secure partnerships.
Lead strategy for trade shows and events, including sponsorships and registrations.
Execute email campaigns and cross-marketing efforts with the client.
Develop monthly content for communications to participants and employers.
Coordinate marketing collateral updates and content for collateral.
Improve program user experience through website content and enrollment processes.
Support social media efforts and internal marketing meetings.
Expand course offerings and update the course catalog.
Assist with admin tasks, reporting, and data quality tasks.
