Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive programming calendar for community involvement and outreach.
• Provide programming and advising support to student organizations funded by SBAC.
• Lead and oversee student-centered events including retreats, heritage month activities, and cultural celebrations.
• Create and maintain marketing, outreach, and social media presence; support website updates.
• Process invoices, monitor budgets, and assist in tracking and reporting expenses.
• Collaborate with partners across university locations and represent the Office at events.
• Assist with outreach, mentoring, and resource referrals for underrepresented students.
• Support CID and CC work-study employees and participate in committees.
