Job summary

Lincoln University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Program Coordinator of Inclusion and Belonging Centers to design, implement, and evaluate programs promoting inclusion and wellness for diverse students. You will supervise student peer educators and health and wellness ambassadors, and partner with campus departments to create a holistic approach.

This exempt, full-time role supports OVW Safe Campus program grant activities, engages with LGBTQ+, Women, Men lounges, and works evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Significant experience in student services and inclusion initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience with students.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate programs that promote inclusion and wellness.
• Assist with facilitating Health and Wellness groups for students.
• Supervise and mentor student peer educators and wellness ambassadors.
• Engage with students and be present in the centers.
• Coordinate events and discussions addressing diverse needs.
• Collaborate with student organizations and campus departments.
• Monitor program impact and use feedback for improvements.
• Advocate for underrepresented students.
• Promote initiatives via social media and campus communications.
• Support management of resources and documentation.
• Prepare records on programming and outcomes.
