Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) in College Station, TX, is seeking a Program Specialist I to support departmental programs in Biomedical Engineering. This entry‑level role requires a bachelor’s degree and offers a stable, on‑site work environment with values of respect, excellence, and service.

You will assist in planning, developing, and coordinating programs, meetings, and communications, while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring programs and services.
• Plans and develops specialized programs such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops to facilitate program goals.
• Coordinates specialized program communications and marketing materials.
• Assists in the development of policies and procedures. Assists in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, special reports, and other documents.
• Attends meetings and conferences to discuss the progress of assigned programs.
