The position collaborates across teams to implement strategies, manage social channels, and coordinate vendor-produced materials, with occasional after-hours activity to support programs serving youth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, audience-specific written content supporting department objectives.
• Manage social media channels and develop creative content ideas.
• Contribute to photography, video, and graphic design for digital content.
• Implement digital communications strategies and analytics to drive engagement.
• Coordinate marketing projects in cross-functional teams with timelines and resources.
• Plan, implement and promote events and programs.
• Prepare marketing items with vendors for production.
• Support the department communications plan and operations as needed.
• Occasional evenings and weekends for events; comply with policies on minor engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
