Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in technical or administrative assignments.
• Experience coordinating programs, meetings, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer day-to-day activities related to the position.
• Create and maintain Google Forms, spreadsheets, contact lists, calendars, Zoom links, and Drive folders.
• Coordinate rooms, equipment, and logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid programming.
• Track registrations, attendance, and program data for reporting.
• Collect descriptions, objectives, feedback, and reflections to document outcomes.
