The Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a Program Specialist to provide administrative support for the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC), Judicial Performance Review (JPR), and Human Resources. Responsibilities include compiling notebooks, organizing meeting materials, logging applications, and coordinating hiring processes.
A hybrid-telework option may be available after probation.
The Program Specialist performs administrative duties for the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC), Judicial Performance Review (JPR), and Human Resources Department. Responsibilities of the position include providing program support to JPR by compiling Commission notebooks, assisting at the Public Vote Meeting, entering appellate survey data monthly, and assembling training materials. Providing program support to JNC by receiving and logging judicial applications, organizing letters of recommendation, organizing meeting materials and assisting the JNC Administrator with meetings. Additional functions include but are not limited to; providing support to the Human Resources Department by scheduling interviews, coordinating, and administering applicant testing, compiling new hire orientation training materials; and maintaining the employee service anniversary recognition program.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent plus four years of related experience. This position also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office products, and effective organizational and time management skills.
