Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) is seeking a detail-oriented Program Specialist to support our events and program operations, overseeing planning and execution of STVP's fellows programs and events, from intimate student engagements to flagship gatherings.

The role requires a high school diploma and four years of administrative experience, plus strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma and four years of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting events and programs in an academic or entrepreneurship setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of STVP's fellows programs and events.
• Draft event communications, invitations, reminders, and RSVP management.
• Develop contingency plans and manage risk across program activities.
• Engage with faculty, leadership, partners, alumni, and teaching teams.
