CLEAResult is hiring a Program Specialist for remote work across several US states. You will ensure smooth delivery of projects, manage program data, produce reports, and coordinate teams to meet contract requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer and client engagement, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and are ready to train colleagues and drive process improvements. Target compensation ranges from $49,000 to $56,000 based on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.
• Manage program data and conduct analysis; prepare program scope reports and goals; interact with clients and accounts.
• Team lead – train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements.
• Produce regular reports while ensuring contract terms, content relevance, and professional presentation.
