Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an entry-level Commercial Energy Auditor to visit small and mid-sized facilities in central Louisiana, perform energy audits, install efficiency measures, and verify installations in the field.

You will travel daily, use basic tools, and document inspections in our system. A valid Louisiana driver's license and willingness to learn on-the-job are required; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, facility maintenance or installation.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct entry-level commercial energy audits for small and mid-sized facilities.
• Engage with customers and contractors to explain program offerings, encourage participation, and address basic questions.
• Accurately document inspections, installations, and customer interactions in accordance with program requirements.
• Perform on-site installation of energy efficiency measures, including physical labor and use of basic tools.
