Job summary

The Arizona Department of Child Safety is seeking a Program Services Evaluator 2 to review and process service approval requests for children and adults. You will coordinate with field staff, service providers, and payment processing to ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of approvals in Guardian.

The role involves managing multiple service programs including parenting time, counseling, and kinship support services, while providing guidance and problem-solving assistance to staff

Qualifications

• Ability to secure and maintain DCS Central Registry clearance.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to drive for state business.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws governing contractual agreements and funding regulations.
• Skills in conflict resolution, time management, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collectively, multi-task, prioritize work, and maintain detailed tracking systems.
