Job summary

Wurth Industry USA in Commerce City, Colorado, seeks a Supervisor of Program Service to oversee delivery of products and services to customers, ensuring satisfaction and successful program operations. You will supervise program service teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and optimize processes.

You will partner with sales, product, engineering and operations to align customer needs with internal capabilities, drive performance, mentor a team, and report on key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in program service, project management, or customer success.
• Experience managing customer relationships and resolving delivery challenges.
• Excellent leadership and team development abilities.
• Outstanding communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Must have a current Medical Certificate and driver eligibility; CDL may be required.
• Must pass material handling equipment operation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety training and policies are followed.
• Develop and implement program service strategies that align with objectives.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Lead and mentor program service team.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as primary contact.
• Track program service metrics and report to leadership.
