Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Project Scheduler to own and govern the Integrated Master Schedule for a high-volume defense IT program. You will ensure schedule accuracy and transparency, supporting enterprise IT and O&M activities in a fast-paced, secure environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in federal scheduling, expert IMS management, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera. This role offers strong compensation and growth within Trace3.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling in a federal IT environment.
• Expert-level experience managing Integrated Master Schedules for large programs.
• Proficiency with enterprise scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience supporting O&M or IT service delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and govern the Integrated Master Schedule for the program.
• Lead consolidation of project schedules across teams.
• Exercise authority over schedule-driven resource allocation across projects.
• Provide scheduling support to delivery leads and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of schedule inputs and milestones.
• Analyze risks, critical paths, and variances; recommend actions.
• Produce schedule reports and briefings for leadership and government.
