Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain program schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various construction projects.
  2. Monitor and participate in project and program scheduling issues, adhering to best practices and standards.
  3. Obtain accurate and timely schedule updates from project teams and perform QA/QC on received information.
  4. Create conceptual "what-if" schedules for multiple project types, including large, complex, multi-year projects.
  5. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management from a recognized college or university.
  2. Six (6) years of full-time paid professional experience in Scheduling, preferably working on educational facilities or public works projects for an Owner or General Contractor.
  3. Proficiency in Primavera P6 (version 19.12 or above) and MS Office Suite.
  4. Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.
  5. Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams and staff.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational and planning skills.

The offered compensation will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $136,500.
