Grand Canyon University is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English student guide to assist with on-campus, group, virtual, and golf cart tours for prospective students and families. You will translate Admissions Appointments and represent the university’s academic excellence to visitors.
The role supports staff in promotions and enrollment events, with potential evening or weekend shifts. Applicants must be enrolled full-time, maintain SAP standing, and be available to work 20 hours weekly.
The purpose of this role is to serve and guide Spanish-speaking prospective students on campus tours, including individualized tours, group tours, virtual tours, or golf cart tours.
Friendly, enthusiastic, proactive, self-assured, organized, and dependable.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, enough to maintain a professional conversation with students and families for up to two hours.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Confidence using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Comfortable operating various office machines and greeting visitors.
Take pride in work (accuracy is more important than speed).
Comfortable multi-tasking on occasion.
Previous office experience preferred.
Need a student willing to work 20 hours per week.

Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student.
Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
