Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant computing or engineering field.
• At least two years of experience in multithreaded application development.
• Experience coordinating Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master.
• Requires U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile team activities, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, standups, backlog readiness, impediment resolution, and reporting team metrics.
• Develop, integrate, and test hardened real-time embedded software and firmware, collaborating with Systems Engineering and other disciplines to support system architecture, requirements, and system integrity.
