Job summary

Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) in the United States seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead major DoD programs. You will oversee planning, direction, and success of projects, defining technical scope and allocating resources.

Responsibilities include coordinating with NAVSEA, NAVAIR, TYCOMs, and other stakeholders, delivering milestones, schedules and budgets, and providing weekly status updates.

Qualifications

  • 15 years of Navy modernization experience.
  • Experience with Advance Planning Support and Installation Execution.
  • Proven design management and design acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as NMP Implementation point of contact with stakeholders across Navy programs.
  • Interface with PMWs and engineering teams to define DT/OT requirements and report weekly status.
  • Support MS in interfacing with PMWs to meet Navy modernization milestones.
  • Participate in installation process improvement and future program initiatives.
  • Support governance and maintain IWP capability baselines for ships.

Job Summary

Program Manager will provide the overall planning, direction and success of major programs within PAE Mission Systems. Efforts will include the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans. PM will also be the responsible for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical scope of contract efforts; and defining and allocating personnel for necessary resources. PM's responsibility will include establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the contract.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Serve as the NMP Implementation point of contact. This involves coordinating with stakeholders such as APs and personnel from Product PMWs, NAVSEA 21 and In-Service Aircraft Carrier Program (PMS 312), NAVWAR 5.0 (Trident Warrior), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), ,OPNAV, Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), and Fleet Type Commanders (TYCOMs), for issues associated with these products and processes
  • Interface with Product PMWs, APM-Is, Assistant Program Manager for Engineering, and other engineering representatives to define PMW Technology Demonstration and Development Test/Operational Test (DT/OT) requirements. The Contractor shall also provide weekly status updates to the NMP Implementation Manager
  • Support PAE MS in interfacing with PMWs in all aspects of acquisition milestones to meet Navy Modernization requirements
  • Participate in Installation Process Improvement discussions, continuous process improvement initiatives, future SCD and SPIDER/RIPTIDE to NDE interface training
  • Support the IWP Capability Baseline CM Governance Board and maintain IWP Capability Baselines for Selected Ships
