Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology (Ataero) is hiring a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to provide executive, administrative, analytical, and travel support to PMA-226. The role supports daily program-office operations in a fast-paced Government environment.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 3–10 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage calendars, meetings, and records. On-site work at Cherry Point, NC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in administrative, executive-support, or program/project-management roles required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong calendar, meeting, records, and organizational-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Position Summary

Ataero is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to provide executive, administrative, analytical, and travel support to PMA-226.

The position supports daily program-office operations and requires a highly organized professional capable of managing correspondence, calendars, meetings, travel, records, and information requests in a fast-paced Government environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and prepare reports and program-office products.
• Prepare correspondence and respond to information requests.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and program events.
• Schedule meetings using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Receive and coordinate visitors.
• Provide Defense Travel System (DTS) support for PMA travelers.
• Provide graphics and technical-writing support for PMA products, presentations, and events.
• Perform records management, filing, data entry, and electronic correspondence functions.
• Assist with management of the PMA file-management plan.
• Support Navy correspondence requirements.
• Assist with military awards, ceremonies, and protocol-related activities.
• Support office access-control activities by verifying identification and tracking visitors.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and program documentation.
• Coordinate with Government, military, and contractor personnel to accomplish program-office requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated administrative, executive-support, program-support, or project-management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong calendar, meeting, records, and organizational management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Experience preparing Navy correspondence.
• Experience supporting military awards, ceremonies, and protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous Navy, Marine Corps, NAVAIR, or DoD program-office experience.

Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance required.
