Job summary

Ataero is actively seeking a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to provide senior USN/USMC PMA program-office operations, process management, executive support, and contractor-team leadership at our Cherry Point, NC site.

You will oversee junior contractor personnel, coordinate cross-PMA requirements, and drive process-improvement initiatives while preparing briefings and handling high-visibility deliverables for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise.
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing teams.
• Strong program-management, analytical, organizational, and written-communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing requirements and high-visibility deliverables.

Position Summary

Ataero is seeking a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to provide senior-level USN/USMC PMA program-office operations, process management, executive support, and contractor-team leadership.

The position provides daily oversight of junior contractor personnel while supporting cross-PMA requirements, taskers, briefings, program documentation, and process-improvement activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and coordination for junior contractor personnel.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data related to PMA programs.
• Track program/project status, milestones, requirements, and schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and execute processes supporting cross-PMA functions and teams.
• Identify and implement process-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements and deliverables.
• Draft and coordinate responses to Government taskers.
• Prepare and coordinate program briefings.
• Support responses to Congressional inquiries and other high-level information requests.
• Manage and organize PMA files, briefings, and Requests for Information.
• Prepare and maintain PMA office notes.
• Prepare and maintain Continuity of Operations Plans.
• Prepare and maintain Emergency Action Plans and other required directives.
• Apply Government-established documentation, change-control, and data-management processes.
• Coordinate activities among Government, military, contractor, and program stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level analytical and program-management support to PMA leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
