Job summary

Ataero is hiring a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to serve as a Fleet F-16 Adversary liaison supporting a government customer at Fallon, NV. The role provides senior-level coordination among Navy/USM PMA, Fleet squadrons, training sites, and other stakeholders involved in acquisition, transition, sustainment, and long-term adversary aviation requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Fleet points of contact, leading actions on F-16 acquisition and transition, supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• At least ten (10) years of experience performing the same or equivalent functions.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise.
• Extensive military aviation, acquisition, sustainment, program-management, or operational experience.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Government, military, fleet, and contractor organizations.

• Conduct acquisition requirements, budget, financial, and life-cycle cost analyses.
• Support hardware/software standardization and compatibility efforts.
• Support program test and evaluation planning and execution.
• Conduct program-management analyses.
• Develop F-16 adversary system roadmaps.
• Develop long-range plans for future aircraft transfers.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret acquisition and program data.
• Track program schedules, milestones, actions, and deliverables.

Position Summary

Desired Qualifications

• Alternatively, extensive experience supporting or utilizing Navy or Marine Corps aircraft.


• Experience with Naval Sustainment System-Aviation (NSS-A) processes and briefings.


• Experience supporting adversary aviation programs.

Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance required.
