Job summary

Ataero seeks a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to provide SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Microsoft Office, and business-process support to a government customer at Cherry Point, NC.

Active Secret clearance is required. Bachelor’s degree and 3–10 years’ experience with SharePoint, Office, and Teams are expected; prior DoD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage SharePoint Online pages and program content.
• Provide comprehensive SharePoint and Microsoft Teams support.
• Support document sharing, collaboration, virtual meetings, and program information management.
• Participate in user conferences, technical reviews, and project-management meetings.
• Develop and manage processes for tracking assets, software, forms, and program requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Enterprise Microsoft Office tools.
• Explain capabilities and appropriate use of Microsoft enterprise products to program personnel.
• Assist with administration and organization of electronic program records.
• Develop and maintain program forms, workflows, trackers, and collaboration solutions.
• Support conference-room and Microsoft Teams meetings.
• Assist with establishment and maintenance of digital program-documentation libraries.
• Identify process improvements and recommend efficient technology-based solutions.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Desired Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience developing automated workflows and business-process solutions.
• Previous NAVAIR, Navy, Marine Corps, or DoD experience.

Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance required.
