Job summary

Ataero is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to provide engine program management and analytical support to a government customer at Cherry Point, North Carolina. This position supports engine acquisition, maintenance, sustainment, readiness, and associated program activities for adversary aviation platforms, including F-5, F-16, and T-38 engine programs.

Active Secret clearance required. Travel occasional. Full-time contract with contingent award pending contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program/project analysis or aviation support.
• DoD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Ataero is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to provide engine program management and analytical support to a government customer at Cherry Point, North Carolina. This position supports engine acquisition, maintenance, sustainment, readiness, and associated program activities for adversary aviation platforms, including F-5, F-16, and T-38 engine programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply analytical techniques to evaluate engine program and project objectives.
• Analyze engine requirements, program status, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct management, technical, and business-case analyses.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data related to engine acquisition and associated programs.
• Track program/project schedules, milestones, actions, and deliverables.
• Assist with F-5, F-16, and T-38 engine program activities.
• Track, analyze, and manage contract and program documentation using online management tools.
• Assist with analysis, approval, and routing of products required to execute engine program activities.
• Apply Government-established documentation, configuration/change-control, and data-management processes.
• Coordinate meetings with CORs, Team Leads, customers, and other program stakeholders.
• Assist with aviation support-equipment and maintenance-related requirements.
• Prepare reports, briefings, analyses, and program-status products.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing program/project analysis, aviation support, logistics, maintenance, sustainment, acquisition, or comparable functions.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to track multiple actions, schedules, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with DoD engine maintenance, sustainment, and/or readiness.
• Experience with aviation support equipment.
• Experience with maintenance data systems.
• Familiarity with F-5, F-16, T-38, or comparable military aviation platforms.

Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance required.
