Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Fontana, CA is seeking an Analyst-Program/Project 1 to support scheduling and coordination of a Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) project. The role runs 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with 18 months duration and occasional travel to service centers in Redland, Arrowhead, and Victorville.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, communicate with customers and stakeholders, monitor timelines to ensure CPUC compliance, and uphold MPU procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
• Ability to manage deadlines, follow procedures, and keep accurate records.
• Proficiency with basic computer and office software; strong communication and customer service across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates MPU upgrade work by using scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring adherence to MPU procedures.
