Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Fontana, CA is seeking an Analyst-Program/Project 1 to support scheduling and coordination of a Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) project. The role runs 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with 18 months duration and occasional travel to service centers in Redland, Arrowhead, and Victorville.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, communicate with customers and stakeholders, monitor timelines to ensure CPUC compliance, and uphold MPU procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
• Ability to manage deadlines, follow procedures, and keep accurate records.
• Proficiency with basic computer and office software; strong communication and customer service across stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

Required Skills/Attributes
