Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience in commercial or defense sectors.
• Experience with EVMS and IMP/IMS scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish performance baselines and manage resources and talent.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams across lifecycle phases.
• Engage with customers, lead reviews, and manage contractual changes.
