Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Roy, UT seeks a Principal or Sr. Program Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support the Sentinel Program. You will coordinate baselines, manage cost/schedule, and work with cross-functional teams to identify variances and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD.
• Experience with MS Project, P6 Primavera, Deltek Open Plan, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Deltek Acumen, OR other Schedule Risk Assessment Tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel with Macro/VBA
• US citizenship is a prerequisite. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance Secret.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to develop an integrated program measurement baseline for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Work within a team environment with program management, technical, production, financial staff.
• Perform Schedule risk analyses and resolve risky schedules, critical path issues, and network logic conflicts.
• Perform project analyses through metrics reviews and predictive analysis to enhance cost, schedule, and performance.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management to gauge progress and identify variances.
