Job summary

Girls Who Code is seeking a Manager of Program Operations and Community Support to drive operational strategy and execution across participant and community support, escalation processes, knowledge management, and incentive programs. Qualifications

• 4+ years in project and/or program management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Discord, Salesforce and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support operational strategy and execution across participant and community support.
• Own participant escalation processes and knowledge management.
• Oversee systems, workflows, and training resources for support teams.
• Lead incentives and terms for K-12 and 18+ programs in partnership with Legal, Finance and Program teams.
• Oversee Discord administration and moderator operations.
