Girls Who Code is seeking a Manager, Programs Marketer to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our programs and a new tech learning platform. You will craft marketing materials and campaigns to recruit students and facilitators for in‑person and online programs.

This role will play a critical part in helping create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to support student and facilitator recruitment across our programs.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams across Marketing and Programs, this role will develop and execute integrated campaigns that amplify key programs, strengthen brand visibility, and build a vibrant digital community that supports the next generation of women, girls, and nonbinary individuals in technology.

At Girls Who Code, our compensation philosophy is to hire at or near the midpoint of a range and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum for the role.
