Job summary

CACI International in Maryland seeks a Program Operations Analyst to support day-to-day program execution, coordinating funding, staffing, and administrative processes.

You will work within the program team to align actions with funding, resources, and priorities, and you will help develop ROM estimates and labor tracking. This embedded role focuses on actionable guidance to keep programs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience supporting program operations, project coordination, or administrative functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review travel requests and material purchases for completeness, alignment, and funding availability.
• Coordinate with Program Operations and leadership to ensure actions are aligned to resources and program priorities.
• Assist in the development of ROM estimates and project-level quotes in planning activities.
• Support personnel labor alignment by validating charge strings and updates based on program needs.
• Review and process subcontractor timecards for accuracy and alignment with approved work scope.
• Track and maintain visibility on open actions, funding alignment, and execution status across the program.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues timely.
• Provide general program operations support to improve workflow efficiency and execution consistency.
