Responsibilities

• Support program-level execution of travel requests and material purchases by reviewing submissions for completeness, alignment, and funding availability.
• Coordinate with Program Operations and leadership to ensure actions are properly aligned to available resources and program priorities.
• Assist in the development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and project-level quotes in support of planning activities.
• Support personnel labor alignment by validating charge strings and assisting with updates based on program needs.
• Review and process subcontractor timecards for accuracy and alignment with approved work scope.
• Track and maintain visibility on open actions, funding alignment, and execution status across the program.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide general program operations support to improve workflow efficiency and execution consistency.
