Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Operations Manager in Tucson to drive quality, cost, schedule, and production performance for critical program deliverables. You will be the primary operations interface across stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own the EAC and budget, and influence strategic planning for current production and future development efforts, all while maintaining active security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations, including factory integration and production processes.
• Familiarity with MRP systems such as SAP and cost/schedule control.
• Active and transferable Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value programs across lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations deliverables aligned with program requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve cost, schedule, or production conflicts.
• Define operational schedules and priorities for Strategic Make Centers.
• Serve as operations contact for proposals, ensuring clear cost/challenge communication.
• Coordinate and develop operations requirements for gate reviews and future production.
• Own the program's EAC and budget, including forecasting and corrective actions.
• Present program status and production updates at Monthly Management Reviews.
• Support OPSEC plans and influence future security strategies.
