Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX seeks a Radar On-site Program Quality Lead (PQL) for MFRFS LADS programs. You will drive a robust quality culture, interface with IPTs, and ensure compliance with QMS and mission assurance requirements at the product level.

You will monitor quality metrics, lead RCCA/FRACAS, and advance APQP per AS9145 while partnering with senior leaders and customers to reduce costs and improve schedules.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in Program / Project Quality Management, Quality Planning, QA and/or Quality Engineering.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action.
• Experience in providing technical program support for manufacturing and/or design processes.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with senior leaders, IPTs, customers, and quality support functions to define steps for proactive quality strategies.
• Engage on strategic and tactical levels focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Generation of CORE (Customer Oriented Result and Excellence), CoPQ projects to reduce costs/increase efficiency for the Stinger program.
• Monitor / lead RCCA and FRACAS activities for systemic issues.
• Support implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning per AS9145.
