Job summary

SELF Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director in daily operations, leading program services and ensuring funding compliance.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, activity planning, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement to achieve program goals. The position is full-time, exemp t, with a standard weekday schedule and occasional on-call responsibilities for emergencies and special activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration and supervision of program services.
• Ensure activities meet funding regulations and policies.
• Support development and alignment of program objectives with funder requirements.
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, and facilitate training opportunities.
• Assist in planning activities and document compliance with standards.
• Contribute to weekly/monthly reports and track program metrics.
• Report incidents and participate in risk management and QA.
• Support outreach and presentations to external partners.
