Job summary

Role requires strong P&L leadership, AI expertise, and ability to deliver fast, high-quality programs while collaborating across CTO-centered teams.

Qualifications

• Proven business-line or P&L leadership with growth outcomes.
• Experience in education, training, L&D, or professional services.
• Strong command of AI and generative AI; mortgage industry exposure is a plus.
• Bias to ship quickly, with high quality results.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Collaborative across teams to lift the broader organization.
• Comfortable operating in fast-changing, high-ambiguity environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the education and talent portfolio and P&L strategy.
• Lead MBA partnership, public courses, certifications, and regulator training.
• Scale reach to mortgage practitioners via online and in-person programs.
• Recruit, develop, and lead instructors and coaches.
• Collaborate across AI Services, AI Products, Human Futures, Ops, Brand & Marketing, Events.
• Represent PhoenixTeam with clients and on stage as AI mortgage authority.
• Keep content current amidst regulatory and AI landscape shifts.
