Atlas Search is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional in New York City to design and manage digital learning, onboarding programs, and enablement training. You will create engaging content, including videos, and collaborate with leaders to deliver virtual and live sessions.

You will analyze learning data, manage vendors, and continuously improve talent development initiatives to support business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design and facilitation experience.
• Experience delivering digital learning and onboarding programs.
• Ability to translate complex offerings into actionable content.

Responsabilités

• Manage the LMS and develop engaging digital learning, training resources, and onboarding programs.
• Design product and sales enablement training that translates complex offerings into clear, actionable content.
• Create concise video and other digital learning experiences using modern instructional design techniques.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to deliver effective virtual and live training programs.
• Analyze learning data, manage external vendors, and continuously improve our talent development programs and processes.
