Vinfen is seeking a Finance/Operations Manager to assist the Director of Service and program leaders in managing budgets, financial reporting, and administrative operations across multiple sites. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with finance, program staff, and external funding sources to ensure efficient financial stewardship and service delivery. This position requires attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to handle

Formación

• Two to three years’ experience in progressively responsible fiscal management.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and monitor program budgets, forecasts and amendments.
• Liaison with Vinfen’s Finance Department regarding accounting, billing and payroll issues.
• Analyze financial reports and initiate accounting corrections.
• Manage and reconcile program fees and rent collection for persons served.
• Review and reconcile petty cash, as directed.
• Monitor and reconcile Representative Payee and Client Expense Accounts.
• Train program management and other staff in administrative and financial functions.
• Develop and distribute key indicator expense and utilization management reports under the director's guidance.
• Manage all billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in internal/external meetings regarding business operations.
• Design and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on financial issues related to Vinfen and funding sources.
• Provide direction to administrative staff for work group.
• Perform other related duties as required.
