Job summary

You will work with program and project managers, financial staff, and sponsors to ensure timely execution, proper documentation, and robust logistical support, while traveling as needed and maintaining security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational leadership, technical, or related field.
• Five years of work‑related experience, or eight years in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to analyze milestones, schedules, deliverables, and finances.
• High‑performer with strong administrative and programmatic process knowledge.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in classified facilities and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Program Area Manager and coordinate priorities and actions across projects.
• Prepare information for internal and external program reviews and sponsor communications.
• Organize meetings, manage logistics, and capture action items from discussions.
• Coordinate with security, finance, contracts, IT, and other orgs to support programs.
• Monitor financials and support proposal development and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, status reports, and briefings for governance reviews.
• Handle data transfer, classification procedures, and facility operations.
