Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking a Program Support Analyst to support the Ft. Eustis, VA customer.

The role involves working with customers to understand their needs, evaluating existing processes, and implementing practical improvements through SharePoint tools, workflow management, and requirements tracking. The successful candidate will meet with customers, document requirements, review processes, and coordinate across teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience supporting customer requirements, business operations, logistics, or acquisition activities.
• Experience using SharePoint to manage information, track requirements, or support workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to evaluate processes, organize competing priorities, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to identify needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Review existing processes and implement improvements that reduce administrative effort, improve visibility, and support timely completion of work.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows to support customer activities.
• Support user permissions, automated notifications, and requirements routing and tracking.
• Coordinate with customers and supporting offices to resolve issues and monitor progress.
• Prepare status updates, maintain process documentation, assist users, and perform other related operational and administrative tasks.
