Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is hiring a Program Support Analyst to support the Ft. Eustis, VA customer.

The role will engage with customers to understand needs, evaluate processes, and implement practical improvements. Day-to-day operations will be supported through SharePoint tools, workflow management, and requirements tracking. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent) and at least five years of experience supporting customer requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least five years of experience supporting customer requirements and operations.
• Experience using SharePoint to manage information, track requirements, or support workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to identify needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Review processes and implement improvements that reduce administrative effort, improve visibility, and support timely completion of work.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows to support customer activities.
• Support user permissions, automated notifications, and requirements routing and tracking.
• Coordinate with customers and supporting offices to resolve issues and monitor progress.
• Prepare status updates, maintain process documentation, assist users, and perform other related operational and administrative tasks.
