Qualifications

  • Education: High School Degree or Higher.
  • 3–5 years of experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and program support for FAA projects and teams.
  • Maintain rosters, calendars, and contact lists.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and meeting planning.
  • Support travel coordination in E2 travel system.
  • Assist Fund Certification Officers with data collection and research.
  • Track project funding balances and transactions in PRISM/REGIS/E2.
  • Review and reallocate labors and PCARD transactions as needed.
  • Support FCO with project funds reconciliation.
