Job summary

Astrion in Huntsville, AL seeks a Project Analyst II to support the RTC RTES contract with the Army. The role emphasizes cost, schedule, performance, risks, and issues management across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include developing scopes, estimates, schedules, and funds management tools, while coordinating with customers and internal teams. Requires 3+ years related experience and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science or business field with 3 years relevant experience.
• Alternate: Associate’s degree with 5 years relevant experience; or 7 years related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain Secret government security clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cost, Schedule, Performance, Risks, and Issues for RTC and customers across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teammates and customers to define accurate project scopes.
• Collaborate with Program Operations Lead to develop cost estimates.
• Maintain constant communication with customers about project needs.
• Maintain scheduling, org charts, and funds management tools.
• Learn RTC funding rules and RTC software.
• Provide regular project updates via text, e-mail, phone, or meetings.
• Be flexible to take on other responsibilities as needed to ensure mission success.
