Job summary

Tri-County Steel LLC in Bedford, Indiana is seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to support day-to-day operations. This role serves as a key coordination point between leadership, employees, and external partners, ensuring recurring requirements move to completion.

The analyst will handle onboarding/offboarding, security and access coordination, timekeeping, travel, and delivery reporting, while growing reporting responsibilities and backing payroll as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program administration, project coordination, or government contracting preferred.
• Experience in DoD or government-contracting environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring customer deliverables, including MSRs, metrics, and data calls.
• Own the monthly MSR cycle: collect inputs, edit, and prepare reports by the 5th of each month.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, security, timekeeping, and travel coordination.
• Assist in talent acquisition, communications, and social media content.
