Job summary

Tri-County Steel LLC (TCS) in Bedford, IN is seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to support day-to-day program operations, onboarding, and HR/payroll coordination. The role serves as a liaison between leadership, employees, and external partners, with room to take on payroll backup as proficiency grows.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in program administration, a bachelor's degree, and experience with DoD/government contracting environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; three or more years of program administration experience preferred.
• Experience supporting DoD or government-contracting environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Working proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems (ADP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations and coordination of recurring meetings, action-item tracking, and management reporting.
• Coordinate recurring customer deliverables (MSRs, metrics, trip reports, CDRLs) and ensure timely submission.
• Own the monthly MSR cycle: collect inputs, review submissions, and prepare reports by the 5th of each month.
• Develop and maintain program trackers, reports, and administrative processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a general administrative resource for employees and Program Managers; escalate HR, security, or contract matters as needed.
• Cross-train to provide backup for payroll and timekeeping processes in ADP.
