Tri-County Steel LLC (TCS) in Bedford, IN seeks a highly organized Program Analyst to support day-to-day operations. This role coordinates with leadership, staff, and external partners to keep reporting and administrative tasks moving.

It includes onboarding, security, timekeeping, travel, and HR-related duties, with potential for payroll backup as proficiency grows. The position is full-time, on-site with partial telework after mastery, and requires U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program administration, project coordination, government contracting, or related field.
• Experience supporting DoD or other government-contracting environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate MSRs, metrics, trip reports, and other CDRLs; collect inputs, track deadlines, and route for review.
• Own the monthly MSR cycle: collect inputs, review, edit, and finalize reports for customer submission by the 5th.
• Develop and maintain program trackers, reports, templates, and administrative processes; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support onboarding, security, timekeeping, travel, training tracking, and other program administration activities.
• Assist in Talent Acquisition and social media content creation; cross-train for back-up coverage.
