Job summary

• Manage procurement processes for district contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee district expenses, verify balances and process vendor payments within budget.
• Supervise administrative staff and prepare financial and narrative reports for management.
• Provide information and guidance to agencies, staff, participants and the public to ensure compliance.
