Job summary

Civicworks seeks a program manager to oversee the Arizona Department of Transportation's consultant contract program from initiation through closeout and final audit. You will supervise staff, provide technical guidance to employees and consultants, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in complex procurement contracts.

The role requires experience in contracting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contractual legal language and state government policies.
• Experience in contracting and managing high-volume, accelerated programs.
• Administrative or management and staff supervision experience.
• Current, valid driver's license required.
