HIAS seeks a Program Officer, Quality Assurance & Training to coordinate data collection, cleaning, and analysis for the Preferred Communities program, and to provide technical support to the HIAS affiliate network. The role collaborates with Program Managers to ensure timely data submission and informs evidence-based decisions for reporting to ORR and HIAS leadership.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
• Knowledge of the U.S. Refugee Program; prior work at a resettlement agency is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, MS Teams) and Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Knowledge of Apricot data management system is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to insecure operating environments.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, analyze, and report PC program data and related grants.
• Verify data accuracy with HIAS affiliates and gather missing information.
• Upload data to the ORR database system.
• Provide data to internal HIAS departments as needed.
• Review and approve monthly invoices from affiliate partners.
• Offer technical data support to HIAS affiliates on data management practices.
• Update PC forms and documentation as needed.
• Assist with data for monthly and semi‑annual ORR reports and private funders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
